We believe that prayer is a vital component of the spiritual battle that is going on in the world. We also believe that prayer helps us to focus on the fact that God is sovereign and we are reliant on Him. Starting off the summer camp season with prayer is a way for UPBC and it's people to worship God by honoring His place in our lives and at camp. We know that any work He plans to do in the lives of campers is of His doing and not our own. When He chooses to use us in the process, we are humbled and grateful.

Prayer Camp is for anyone, of any age, interested in the practice of prayer.
The purpose of Prayer Camp is two-fold:
1. To be at UPBC praying specifically for the upcoming summer camps and retreat center ministries.
2. To spend time reflecting on our personal prayer lives.
Join us as we enjoy times of solitude, spend time praying for a variety of camp and camper needs, and participate in team-building activities.
DATES & RATES
June 12-15, 2024. Campers are encouraged to arrive later in the day on Wednesday, June 12 and depart anytime Saturday morning, June 15.
No cost. Freewill offering will be taken.
OUR DIRECTORS
James and Keely Costello have been serving at UPBC for the past ten years. Keely grew up attending UPBC as a child. They live with their two sons in Arizona because they love the constant sunshine. James and Keely’s love for the Lord, the ministry at UPBC, and the power of practicing prayer are just some of the reasons they serve as co-directors of Prayer Camp.
